My husband and I became dog owners for the first time when we fell head over heels for our rescue mutt, Rufus. We had recently moved to Merrimack and one day when running errands with the pooch I stooped in here simply because it was a store into which I could bring my pet. I will never go anywhere else!! From my first visit, the staff (who is always the same, by the way, meaning low employee turnover which = quality work environment) went out of their way to welcome us and to get to know my puppy; to this day, many of them still greet him by name! Not being super-knowledgeable dog owners, they have been great about offering tips and suggestions. Their items are quality, their prices are competitive with the super chains and above all, the staff is outstanding. The store is always clean, organized and well-stocked. They always have great seasonal items and fun novelty gifts. Since our first visit, we've added a second pup to the family, who also loves his visits to the store. I've only had one experience with their grooming department when I took my long-haired cat, but the groomer was gentle and had great advice for tips to help manage her fur at home. I can't say enough great things about Pets Choice. It's definitely this Dog/Cat Mom's Choice, too!

I highly recommend Pet’s Choice all around. From professional grooming to using the super clean self dog wash to always having a huge selection of… everything! Highly knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Steve, Kim and Jocelyn for recommending and fitting Stella girl with a new type collar to teach her not to jump so excitedly on every single person she sees!

My cat needs food and I come here to get it! Everyone there is super helpful and they have a wide selection of cat and dog food even though my cat only eats 1 brand. Free samples available occasionally. If they dont have something in stock just ask. They can and will special order it and contact you when it comes in. Pets choice is my #1 choice for all my pets nutritional needs.

Brought our new rescue here to give him a bath, and it was awesome. The staff here were all really helpful, and very nice. The baths were all spotless, with the necessities supplied to you if needed. The store is huge, with anything you could need. Tony loved going here and we’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love pets choice. I've been coming hear for about 10yrs now. The staff is always so helpful and good with recommendations on pet products. I love that they source locally made fresh dog food as well as many healthy types of treats, food brand selections, goats milk , stuff for pets birthdays. If there is a product or item thats not in the store, they will go above and beyond to see if its something they can special order for you.

Our favorite place for all things pet! Pets Choice is amply stocked with every brand and type of cat and dog food with a vast array of treats, including doggie ice cream! They have amazing full-service grooming and self-serve bathing as well. Every toy, article of clothing, ramps, stairs, beds, and flea/tick products one could need. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful! A fantastic business that we cannot recommend highly enough. We've been loyal patrons for over 8 years and couldn't imagine caring for our three rescue pooches without Pets Choice!

Super friendly and helpful. I took my husky for a bath because he gets sooo anxious at the groomers, and made a mess w all his shedding and the team was so kind friendly and understanding. Thank you!

Such a great place! I'm so glad I found it my pup absolutely loves it. The treats are high quality and inexpensive. Along with the convenience of being able to give my dog a bath myself. Today I got duck feet, rabbit sticks, beef chews, and a new dog food I'm going to try. Best thing about the dog food is if my pup doesn't like it or if it upsets his stomach I can return it but I have a good feeling my pup is going to love it! I will definitely be returning for any of my pets needs and recommending this shop to anyone.

Wonderful pet store. They have an amazing variety of everything you need for all kinds of pets. When my older cat would not eat food with crushed pills they suggested several options that worked. Very knowledgeable and helpful. You won’t find this at big box pet stores. I wish I had known about them years ago. Worth a drive to Merrimack, NH.

The staff here were awesome. I brought my two dogs to give them baths. They helped me get my German Shepard in a side door and around the back because he is reactive. They went above and beyond to help me out. It was a great experience.
